I’ve seen Conan do something similar on his show before. I wonder if he borrowed the idea from Carvey, or vice versa. Regardless, it’s a funny premise.
In other news, I had no idea that Dana Carvey had a sketch comedy show back in 1996. I guess the show also starred Steve Carell, Stephen Colbert, and Louis CK. A few clips from the are available on YouTube and they’re pretty funny. -MATT
