VIDEO: Think You’re Simply Too Far Away to Decapitate a Turkey? Think Again.

Greatest. Invention. Ever. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve spotted a turkey while strolling through the woods and thought to myself, “I want to decapitate that thing…right now!” Thanks, Gobbler Guillotine, for making my dreams a reality.

Boasting a slicing diameter of up to 4 inches, I can only think of one logical choice for hunters to target next - perhaps the deadliest, most vile creature to ever walk the face of the earth…that’s right, the baby giraffe. Godspeed, gentlemen.

OMG…do americans have some sort of in built stupidity? I’m just recovering from seeing a .60 cal handgun…nuttier than squirrel poo and mad as a box of frogs!

We Americans may have some stupidity, but at least we know that it’s “built in” stupidity and not “in built”…..

Dude, this is way more humane and sensible than any other form of bowhunting. A hit is a quick kill, and a miss is an uninjured bird. WTF, have you ever hunted turkey? Have you ever seen a maimed turkey walk around with an arrow in its wing? Trust me, headshot is the way, plus the meat is unharmed.

I think Jaames made some very valid points about hunting, animal cruelty, and sportsmanship. However, he neglected to touch upon the most important aspect of hunting with the Gobbler Guillotine - it looks friggin amazing on a slow-motion instant replays.

But even as awesome as this thing is, I still think we Americans and our “in built” stupidity can do better. Buzzsaw gun, anyone?

That is probably the most innovative way to dispatch a turkey I’ve ever seen. We need more turkey guillotines in Canada, turkeys are a pestillence on this land.

[…] Dench. I’m sorry. Because I know we have a strong readership in Kentucky, I present to you the “Gobbler Guillotine”. It’s catch phrase? You’re never too far away to decapitate a turkey. Not for the faint […]

They should make the blades bigger so that we could kill more delicious animals. Like elephants.

Awesome! I’ve seen this before it’s been around a couple of years. It seems to work very well indeed.

All you crying bleedin’ heart liberal PETA types need to know one thing! Hunters kill their own meat unless you are a total vegan you can’t say anything. Because you pay someone to do your killing for you!

Dead is dead. There is only one degree of dead. Whether it’s a full load of #4s at 25 yards in the head or a guillotine broadhead.

And if you are a total vegan then you are missing out on some good eating the wild turkey!

looks humane, if a bit gruesome. i choose to gather my own meat when possible and all i ask of peta is they don’t bother me while I do it. save a veggie, eat a vegan!

Matt is either a vegan or just another loud mouthed, small brained hypocrite.

    I bet he’s not a vegan

Not sure where the hatred is coming from, but allow me to re-explain my stance on this weapon: It is a sweet invention. I like eating meat, and I enjoy seeing stupid, delicious animals get decapitated. Not sure if I can be any clearer than that.

In other news, it looks like our site’s “moron blocker” is down again.

Not sure what is wrong with this device. All hunting weapons are weapons …. they are going to kill the animal. Why not let people use weapons that kill them in a more humane way? Either way, the result is the same.
